Halloween glow discos in Surrey & Kent
This is the one that works best of the three. A UV glow disco is already the closest thing to a spooky room you can build with lighting, and a Grim Reaper under blacklight is genuinely striking rather than just a bloke in a cloak. Scary enough to be exciting, nowhere near scary enough to upset anyone.
